Coming from a humble background, Ramdas was an ordinary boy with big dreams in his eyes. He wanted to support his family due to which he started working at a very young age. He started as a gym trainer at his  college and then went on to start a grocery shop and then a video library and finally started working as a GOVT/ CIVIL contractor in various projects from building dams to developing roads, he has done it all. He earned a lot of money in this line of business. But somehow he always craved to build a big business model which motivated him to start his own business. With this idea he established a MUSHROOM PLANT and today with his hard work and work ethics he has made his company, Tirupati Balaji Agro products Pvt. Ltd., one of the top mushroom producers in India.
